EdTrust Celebrates 30 Years of Impact at The Mellon Auditorium

This May, the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium hosted The EdTrust 30th Anniversary Gala, a remarkable evening celebrating three decades of unwavering commitment to educational equity and student success. The event brought together advocates, educators, leaders, and supporters who share EdTrust's belief that every student - regardless of background, race, or circumstance - deserves the opportunity and resources needed to achieve educational excellence.

The Mellon's beautifully decorated foyer served as the perfect setting for guest arrivals, creating a memorable first impression and setting the tone for the night ahead.

A vintage-style phone booth, designed as an interactive photo opportunity, quickly became a favorite. Attendees were invited to leave a message answering the question, “If we get this right, what does education look like for students 30 years from now?” The installation encouraged reflection on EdTrust's mission and inspired hopeful visions for the future, while fostering meaningful engagement from the moment guests arrived.

The evening began with lively cocktail receptions in both the Green Room and the Third Floor Foyer, offering guests an opportunity to reconnect, network, and celebrate before the formal program. Attendees enjoyed signature cocktails crafted especially for the occasion, including The Fair Share Spritz and The Literacy Lift Mule—playful nods to EdTrust's mission and impact. Guests enjoyed an elevated selection of passed hors d’oeuvres from Ridgewells Catering, featuring favorites such as espresso-crusted beef tenderloin and truffle tuna tartare.

Following the reception, guests made their way into the iconic Auditorium for dinner and the evening's program. The culinary experience began with a refreshing melon and cucumber salad, followed by a thoughtfully crafted entrée featuring merlot-braised short rib and Chilean sea bass. As guests dined beneath the grandeur of Mellon Auditorium, they were inspired by insightful keynote speakers who reflected on EdTrust's legacy and vision for the future. The evening was further elevated by incredibly talented performances from Center Stage Academy For The Arts and Dem' Raider Boyz Step Squad.

From a purely payment perspective, Visa is one of the more predictable options for Norwegian users online, mostly because it is widely accepted, transactions are processed quickly and the underlying security infrastructure is fairly mature with encryption and fraud monitoring built in. For anyone comparing methods before making a decision, https://casinonorskvisa.no can be useful as a reference point to cross check details rather than relying on marketing pages. What matters in practice is knowing your own bank's policy, since some issuers still apply small fees or restrictions that individual sites rarely mention upfront. Deposits usually clear immediately, withdrawals depend more on the operator than on Visa itself. Just a neutral observation, always read the terms carefully and approach any financial activity…
